The problem is when people start noticing the asterisk next to the word normal*
Thats when the plot holes in the narrative that you have clumsily and half-heartedly built for them grow too visible and the whole facade comes down falling apart.
You don't feel hurt or disappointed anymore. You don't even feel the relief of knowing it is all over now. No. You just feel that a hint of simplitian's pleasure of seeing a pattern complete itself again in that play of shadows mixed with the unbearable despair at once again coming face to face with the reality of the fact that it was not worth it.
